Making healthy choices such as:

As a result, your body may have to face some major health problems. There will be a risk of injury all the time for instance muscle degeneration, poor blood circulation e.t.c which may lead to many other health issues.

If you haven’t seen them for several days, it’s okay to knock on their door asking: how they are doing? Inviting them for lunch without any reason/occasion or as simple as having a cup of tea/coffee with them Or just sending an e-mail/text.
Do not do this only at the time of crisis or uncertainty. This will never help in creating a positive atmosphere. Consequently, affecting your social, emotional and mental health in a bad way.
Similarly, getting caught up in a superficial relationship which is often seen on social networking sites; liking pics, sending love emojis and whatnot has a negative effect too on one’s well being.
Thanks to the platforms we have in our hands. We have time for all of this, but we do not have the time to connect in a thoughtful/real way. Stop being superficial!
